BALI HUT PAVILION HIRE

The Bali Hut Pavilion and lawn is the perfect waterfront location and overlooks beautiful Pioneer Bay, Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands. It is available for private functions, wedding ceremonies, elopements and receptions.

This beautifully manicured lawn and tropical setting is an iconic backdrop for the Whitsundays and can be styled to suit any type of event, from formal sit down style, to cocktails and canapes under the stars. You are welcome to bring along your own decorations, furniture, marquee and entertainment with prior notice however, food and beverage is offered under the club’s license. Catering is provided via one of our external contractors, please ask for our list of suppliers. Please note there is a 10% surcharge for Sundays and Public Holidays.

Includes table and chairs for signing registry and water dispenser for bridal party Exclusive use of Bali Hut Pavilion and Lawn for 2 hours for up to 10 guests

CEREMONY HIRE

Includes table and chairs for signing registry and water dispenser for bridal party Exclusive use of Bali Hut Pavilion and Lawn for 8 hours for up to 200 guests

RECEPTION HIRE

Includes table and chairs for signing registry and water dispenser for bridal party Exclusive use of Bali Hut Pavilion and Lawn for 10 hours for up to 200 guests
