Off The Beach – WSC Race Entry
Entry to all OTB WSC races are managed through the Race Management System “SailSys”.
All boats (and skippers if different to owner) participating in the Race Season need to nominate entry via the link below.
Skipper Boat Owner – Sailsys Registration
Once registered in SailSys, registered skippers can open the Race Entry System below, to complete the following:
- Confirm Entry
- Confirm Skipper
- Confirm all crew contact details
Crew Registration – Australian Sailing Number & Sailsys Registration
Australian Sailing Number (AS Number)
It is a requirement under the Australian Sailing prescription to RRS46 that ALL crew are registered in SailSys and hold an Australian Sailing (AS) Number. Temporary membership (including AS Number) is available via the green SailPass button below. This provides them with day membership to Whitsunday Sailing Club as well as personal accident insurance while participating in club events for $15.00 per day.

Crew Sailsys Registration
Crew members register themselves in SailSys, enabling them to maintain their own personal data, as well as nominating when they are planning to sail. Crew members can register on SailSys via the Silver button below
